About Gloria Shelton

Gloria Shelton comes to NCWMN as a truly Carolinian, born in Union, SC and raised in Greensboro, NC and was educated in the Guilford County Public Schools. Having had a relationship with God since the late seventies, Gloria served in her church alongside her husband, the late Pastor Darryl L. Shelton in the capacity of pastoral-ship. She has since then served in multiple leadership positions such as  First Lady, Sunday School Teacher, Asst. Sunday School Superintendent, Choir Director to name a few and she is presently serving as Public Relations Director, Sr. Staff Leader over special ministries and one of the associate ministers of Redemption Worship Center located in Charlotte, NC where she is a member.  Minister Shelton is also is renowned for speaking at conferences as well as serving as a guest clinician at various workshops. She is the mother of two daughters and grandmother of five. She has obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a Certificate of Completion in Health Administration from Pfeiffer University (May 2012).

Shelton is also the business owner of Go Go's Specialty Merchandise. She loves traveling, working out and sharing her life time experiences number one being a cancer survivor. Her all-time favorite saying is “Lord, for all, I thank You.”
