About Adele Jordan
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Early in her childhood, Adele Jordan received repeated visions and dreams of ministering to women.  Without guidance, she dismissed them and pursued a career in the Sciences even though she was always drawn to books on self-awareness and self-help.  She received a Bachelors in Chemistry and Biology and had a successful fifteen year career in the Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical field.  During her time in this profession, Adele was exposed to lay counseling at the church she attended in Maryland and began to desire more knowledge in the field.  When she moved to Charlotte, NC in 2006, Adele felt drawn to pursue a career in Counseling, to help others grow personally and build healthy marriages.  While working full time, she entered the Master of Arts in Christian Counseling program at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Charlotte, from which she graduated in 2016.

With her passion for marriages and personal growth, Adele is excited for the path God will carve out for her to fulfill the visions he revealed to her at an early age.

In ministry, Adele has served as Director of Singles Ministry, Sunday school teacher, greeter, church administrator, and presenter and planner of a Women’s Conference.  She has also mentored several young women along the way.

Adele has served with IWMN in the North Carolina Women's Ministry  since 2016 serving on  the NCWMN in various leadership positions, serving especially on Conference teams. With an aim to seeing emotionally and spiritually hurt women healed,, Adele says "I have served with NCWMN for several years and my heart is truly aligned with the vision of this ministry." With an aptitude for  numbers and proven excellent financial stewardship of several important institutions, Adele has newly been appointed as CFO of the International Women's Ministry Network.
