About Lynne Hostein

Lynne Hostein grew up on a farm outside Hamilton, Ontario. She first believed in Jesus in Sunday school at her little country church.

 

She took a vacation to California and stayed in Los Angeles for the next 40 years. During that time, she sought therapy for what had occurred in her dysfunctional family and her short-lived but unhappy marriage. She had several careers there, including writing broadcast news at a TV station and becoming a licensed psychotherapist. Her M.A. integrated psychology and theology.

 

Lynne is grateful to the Lord’s healing in her life, at the hands of therapists and within the church. That healing is ongoing, but her heart is to extend Jesus’ acceptance and healing grace to other women.
