About Dr. Mia McNeil
MWMN Director

Dr. Mia McNeil graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rutgers University with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. She is currently appointed as the Clinical Director of Nurse Practitioner Services at InnovaTel Telepsychiatry- a network of providers providing psychiatric care across 18 states. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, she is trained to evaluate, diagnose, treat and prescribe medications to meet the treatment needs of patients suffering from psychiatric disorders and is also competent to provide psychotherapy.   

 

She holds a teaching position at DeSales University, located in Center Valley Pennsylvania, where she instructs doctoral students. She is experienced in curriculum development focused on nursing research and evidence-based practice and has earned several awards for high levels of achievement in both academic and clinical studies. 

 

Dr. McNeil completed a Training for ministry curriculum at Greater Shiloh Church, in Easton PA and currently holds a provisional minister’s license. She has served as a member of the Women of Excellence ministry and participated in the planning of many conferences and workshops. She has made contributions as a panelist for various church-related events and most recently served as a Griefshare group facilitator which is a recovery support group for grieving individuals. Additionally, she has volunteered her time serving in the Greater Shiloh homeless shelter ministry for five consecutive years.  

 

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her four beautiful daughters and her labradoodle.

Mia attended a few MWMN events nearly 20 years ago where she experienced God's healing in her life. Mia is excited about giving back and leading the Montreal Women's Ministry Network into its new season in 2021 and beyond.
