IWMN Conference Director
Renita Sims is a speaker, intercessor, and mentor and loves to see Jesus meet people in their most vulnerable places; turning their mourning into dances and weeping into joy by His healing power. She has witnessed Him touch people emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Her desire is to present Him in such a way that others are drawn intimately to Him and receive His everlasting love. She believes and teaches that regardless of a person’s background or past mistakes, God has a plan for their life, will help them on their journey, and that there is victory over pain, trauma and abuse. She gives encouragement for hurting women who want to break the silence surrounding their secret pain and obtain healing from it. Not afraid to deal with hard, relevant issues she teaches, mentors and disciples with a challenging yet compassionate approach.
With over 15 years of Administrative, Personnel, and Operational Support experience, Renita has worked as a catalyst and has also held various positions in the Executive Administrative area to many ministries, organizations, CEOs, visionaries, pastors, and secular Businesses and as such, she strives to serve in the spirit of excellence and with joy. Renita Sims is also the founder of Fabric of a Woman and Kubernis, a vehicle through which she assists those organizations.
Renita Sims has been an active member of IWMN since its inception and has served in various capacities including speaking, leading prayer, donor relations, accounting, spiritual mentorship and so much. In addition to the above, she brings her incredible gifts of Leadership and Organization to the International Women's Ministry Network.
